Echinacea Purpurea Root, Cut & Sifted
Echinacea, commonly referred to as "coneflower," is a genus of nine different herbaceous plants native to North America. The two primary species used in herbal preparations are E. Angustifolia and E. Directions
To prepare as a tea, pour 8 oz. boiling water over 1/2 tsp. of root. Cover and steep 20-30 minutes, strain and serve immediately.
