Chamomile Flowers
Botanical Name Matricaria recutita
Flavorful, comforting, and gentle Chamomile Flowers are traditionally brewed into a soothing tea. A versatile herb, chamomile is also an ingredient in skin care creams and lotions, relaxing bath blends and shampoos and conditioners for light-colored hair.
Directions
To prepare as a tea, pour 8 oz. boiling water over 2 tsps. of herb. Cover and steep for 5-10 minutes, strain and serve immediately.
